Return and Refund Policy

At Thor Metal Buildings LLC, all orders are considered special orders. Once an order is placed after 48 hours, it cannot be canceled, refunded, or returned without prior approval.

After an order is placed with Thor Metal Buildings LLC, delivery and installation typically occur within an average timeframe of two to five weeks. However, this timeline is only an estimate. Due to factors such as crew availability, transportation logistics, weather conditions, scheduling conflicts, inventory status, and other unforeseen circumstances, Thor Metal Buildings LLC and it's partners cannot guarantee a specific delivery or installation date. These variations are standard within the industry. Rest assured, we are committed to ensuring your order is delivered and installed as soon as possible.

Thor Metal Buildings LLC does not handle the actual delivery or installation of installed unit orders. Customers are required to place a non-refundable down payment of 10%-18% when placing their order. We strongly encourage all customers to thoroughly research product specifications, local building codes, permitting requirements, and any other potential considerations before finalizing their purchase to avoid unexpected issues. It is the customer's responsibility to coordinate directly with the installation company to schedule a delivery date that aligns with both parties’ schedules.

If any issues arise, it is the customer's responsibility to address them directly with the installation company. Thor Metal Buildings LLC cannot be held accountable for matters related to manufacturer guarantees, product warranties, installation issues, delivery delays, or any other unforeseen complications. That said, Thor Metal Buildings LLC is dedicated to assisting in resolving issues in good faith, provided both the customer and the installation company make reasonable and conscious efforts to find a resolution.

As a dealer of custom metal buildings, Thor Metal Buildings LLC takes pride in providing high-quality premium metal buildings and excellent service. However, we operate solely as a dealer and are not responsible for the manufacturing, installation, or delivery processes. Consequently, down payments made to Thor Metal Buildings LLC are non-refundable. In the event a customer decides to cancel an order, the 10%-18% down payment will not be returned unless an exception is approved by Thor Metal Buildings LLC management. 

In the event of a refund customers who cancel within a 6 month period of their order date will receive half of their initial down payment. For any extenuating circumstances (fire, flood, death, natural disasters) refunds will be given at the discretion of Thor Metal Buildings LLC so long as reasonable notice from the customer has been given to Thor Metal Buildings or it's partners regarding the extenuating circumstance.

If an accidental overpayment occurs, customers may opt to receive a refund for the overage or place the amount towards their remaining balance.
